It has high purity, relatively high density, good structural integrity, low creep rate, small thermal expansion, excellent thermal shock resistance, and strong chemical erosion resistance. It is widely used in refractory materials and other industries. The corundum-mullite castable, made from high-quality refractory raw materials, exhibits good thermal shock resistance.
