  • Low creep clay brick is made of special coke gem, andalusite, electromelting mullite as the main raw materials, and add a small amount of additives. The clay brick with porosity of 13 ~ 15 %, creep rate of 0 5 ~ 0 8%, softening temperature of 0 2Mpa under load and compressive strength of 30 ~ 40MPa at normal temperature was developed by using three-stage batching and co-grinding The clay brick has good high temperature volume stability, creep and wear resistance.

    Low creep clay bricks are widely used in metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, petroleum, machinery manufacturing, silicate, power and other industrial fields, and are widely used in hot blast furnaces. Suitable for large and medium blast furnace supporting hot blast furnace, mainly used in the heat storage of the lower wall, the lower lattice brick, supporting string and other parts.
