Mullite cordierite brick is made of high quality mullite, cordierite and white corundum as the main raw materials, combined with compound ultrafine powder and special chemical admixtures, sintered at high pressure and high temperature. It is mainly used for masonry of ceramic burners in hot blast furnaces. It has stable volume at high temperature, high bending strength at high temperature and excellent thermal shock resistance.
