Description

LZ-60 high-alumina bricks, that is, secondary high-alumina bricks, are aluminum silicate refractory bricks with an Al₂ Otimely content of not less than 60%. The production process is similar to clay refractory bricks. The high-LZ-60 high-alumina brick produced by Zhengzhou Jianxin refractory materials uses rotary kiln GL-70 raw materials with good calcination, with the advantages of bulk density above 3 g/cm, water absorption rate less than 5%, high sintering temperature, low content of Na O and K O, etc. At the same time, appropriate amount of mullite is added to strengthen the matrix, and the high-temperature volume effect of some natural minerals is utilized, so as to achieve the characteristics of high load softening temperature, high temperature, high flexural strength and small thermal expansion rate.
