The physical and chemical indexes of anti-spalling high-alumina bricks mainly involve the content of aluminum oxide, bulk density, apparent porosity, compressive strength at normal temperature, softening temperature under load, thermal shock stability and other indexes, which are divided into two categories according to chemical composition. One is anti-spalling high-alumina brick containing ZrO2, model GKBL-70. The other type is ZRO2-free anti-spalling high aluminum brick, model KBL-70.

The price of anti-spalling high aluminum brick is higher than that of ordinary high aluminum brick, and it is cheaper than silicon Mo brick.
Product application
High aluminum brick has strong resistance to falling off, high fire resistance, good cracking resistance and corrosion resistance, but also has resistance to potassium, sodium, sulfur, chlorine and alkaline salt corrosion, low thermal conductivity and other properties, is the ideal material for cement kiln transition zone and decomposition zone, can also be used in cement kiln door cover, cooling machine and other parts.
